Oh, in that case it wouldn't even be worth your time.
You would die in one missile attack. MCC missile attacks are more frequent than objective attacks, thus the impact of your sacrifice is diluted.
It would be cool if you could sacrifice a redline sniper to be killed by the null cannon missile. |

Let's say the enemy had 2 bars and we had one bar, but we had them redlined, I wouldn't mind sacrificing a few derpships (militia, of course) to ensure our victory.
The thing is though, it takes (i'm guess-timating) a full minute for MCC missile attacks to take down one tick of health. So if you go and get yourself blown up, you would have to wait 10 seconds, respawn, call in another dropship, and then fly it at the precise location that the second missile would shoot.
The second missile would probably shoot before you can even respawn. |
